Q: Are you Factory or Trading Company?
A: We're a factory with more than 20 years' experience,where there is a most professional production,sales and QC team, the Qc manager has been working here for more than 15 years,and 4 other QC members are all with more than 10 years' experience in the luggage industry.
Q: What is the advantage of your factory in comparison with the other factories?
A: Firstly,fastest response. The sales persons have professional technology and skills in our business line,I myself as the sales director,have been working here for more than 8 years and always doing our best to learn how to serve our customers in a much more professional way;
Secondly,we have the most advanced machines and exclusive technology to manufacture and control the quality of the products,the three most important parts including luggage shells,trolley pipes as well as the wheels are done in our factory;
Thirdly,we've got a sound reputation because of our fast and on time delivery;
Fourthly,we are trying our best to support our customers and allow them to choose 4-5 designs or even more in one 40HQ containers,however,most of the other factories might only accept 1-2 designs.
Q:Can I visit your factory and do you have a showroom in any other place?
A: Yes,sure,you are warmly welcome to visit us any time at your very convenient,our fatory is located in Zhongtang,Dongguan,a border of Guangzhou and Dongguan,where there is a very big showroom,displaying our best and latest designs.It is only 40min drive from Guangzhou Downtown to here.Moreover,we also have a sales office in Guangzhou,which is near the metrol station where is very convenient for you to pay a visit.Nevertheless,we attend the canton fair every session,we are right here waiting for you.
About Us
Established in 1997 with the name "Guangzhou Rongxing Luggage Factory,and changed the name to Dongguan Emay Luggage Factory in 2006, started as a family-owned small workshop in Dongguan, China, and has been focusing on luggage manufacture ever since. In its 20-year history, it has developed 3 product lines including Hard Luggage, Fabric Luggage and Bags, and expanded into a sizable luggage factory which earned a good reputation among its overseas customers with quality products and close follow-up services after shipment.
In 2010, Emay sensed the rapid growth of hard luggage market, after a thorough consideration, it made a resolute decision by putting all its resource into hard luggage production, and started to fade out from soft luggage and bags markets. With the upgraded equipment and sophisticated quality control, the product quality has seen a big upgrade. Fortunately, the market responded with a great success, the bold decision finally paid off.
In 2013, Emay decided to built up its own production lines of wheels and trolley tubes. Although the investment is hardly bearable, but the benefit from this vertical integration of supply chain is obvious, Emay and its customers no longer need to worry about wheel and trolley quality anymore.
Now, Emay luggage owns a group of loyal customers from 30 countries and regions including Europe, USA, Australia, Korea. Its products are known for its quality and trendy designs. Its success is not a coincidence, Emay has the confidence to earn a even brighter future, hopefully, you are in its future.
